Case in point: In today’s video, I hit the streets of downtown Los Angeles to incorporate everyday objects into my gym routine. It’s actually a lot of fun and it can provide for a great, heart-pumping workout. Use the exercises that I demonstrate as inspiration and then create your own workout wherever you live - urban, rural or otherwise!

Hey davey i love u so much and i want to ask u a question im not fat and im not skinny u can say am a middle okay…but the problem is that part of me wants to have a body like yours and another part of me want me to stay like im as a middle so as an expert what u think my condition is? Hey Davey always nice to see what you have going on, totally makes my day; My question to you is how can i do some things to help me loose the excess belly fat, I seem to be limited because I tend to have major back pain due to a small fracture in my lower spine, can you please help. BTW I tend to get a lot of cardio since I deliver pizza so in/out of my car, going up & down stairs all day, but the damn belly fat won’t go away, is it testosterone since I’m 43 or what?
